With many new students (perhaps your Sons or Daughters) taking up places at college and university this autumn, dont forget to ensure they are gas safe as well as academically prepared!
By Law ALL rented properties with Gas, (including student accommodation) MUST be checked annually by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer. Tenants are entitled to see a copy of the certificate produced.
